Want to spend a week in the Czech mountains learning about energy-saving, sustainability, and teamwork with youth from across Europe? Join the youth exchange in the Czech Republic as part of the Intensive Energy-Saving Training (IEST) project!

Date: September 23–29, 2025
Location: Řeka, Czech Republic – Beskydy Mountains
The exchange will take place at the Juventus Training & Recreation Centre in Řeka – a peaceful venue surrounded by forest and hills, ideal for disconnecting from everyday distractions and reconnecting with nature, people, and purpose.
What to Expect?
- Workshops on energy awareness, climate responsibility, and eco-habits
- Outdoor learning in the forest and reflection circles
- Team-building and creative campaign design
- Group discussions on sustainability, youth engagement, and green practices
- Evening activities focused on cultural exchange, food, and traditions
- Nature walks, community cooking, and digital detox time
Costs
Participation in the exchange is completely free of charge thanks to funding from the Erasmus+ program.
- Accommodation and full board
- All educational workshops and materials
- Travel cost reimbursement (based on the Erasmus+ distance calculator)
