About the Project

Bridging the Divide is a six-day youth exchange connecting young people from Poland and Georgia. The programme combined intercultural dialogue, creative labs (zines, photography, video storytelling), and teamwork.

Participants & Approach

  • 6 participants + 2 leaders from Poland, and 6 participants + 2 leaders from Georgia.
  • English as the working language.
  • Diverse group including young people with fewer opportunities.
  • Strong focus on wellbeing, inclusion and safety.
  • Low-waste and eco-friendly practices.

Project coordination, standards, logistics and documentation.

Here, Now, for Liberty! (Georgia)

Host organisation responsible for local logistics, space and co-facilitation.

Results

  • Zine (16+ pages) — online and printed.
  • Short digital stories (60–120 seconds).
  • Photo essay with captions and licensing.
  • Community showcase in Kobuleti.
  • Youthpass for all participants.
