About the Project
Bridging the Divide is a six-day youth exchange connecting young people from Poland and Georgia. The programme combined intercultural dialogue, creative labs (zines, photography, video storytelling), and teamwork.
Participants & Approach
- 6 participants + 2 leaders from Poland, and 6 participants + 2 leaders from Georgia.
- English as the working language.
- Diverse group including young people with fewer opportunities.
- Strong focus on wellbeing, inclusion and safety.
- Low-waste and eco-friendly practices.

Host organisation responsible for local logistics, space and co-facilitation.
Results
- Zine (16+ pages) — online and printed.
- Short digital stories (60–120 seconds).
- Photo essay with captions and licensing.
- Community showcase in Kobuleti.
- Youthpass for all participants.
