Looking for an international adventure by the sea? Want to learn how to save energy, live more sustainably, and collaborate with young people from across Europe? Join the youth exchange in Romania as part of the Intensive Energy-Saving Training (IEST) project!

Date: September 8–14, 2025
Location: Costinești, Romania – Black Sea coast
The exchange will take place in the resort town of Costinești, just south of Constanța, at Vraja Mării – BTT youth center. Located by the beach, it’s the perfect place for learning, culture, and climate action with international peers.
What to Expect?
- Workshops on reducing energy use and eco-conscious living
- Visit to the Fântânele–Cogealac Wind Farm – one of the largest in Europe
- Tour of the Cernavodă Nuclear Power Plant
- Digital tools: quizzes, video learning, and gamified challenges
- Team projects and international cooperation on sustainability goals
- Cultural evenings with music, food, and traditions from four countries
Costs
Participation in the exchange is completely free of charge thanks to funding from the Erasmus+ program.
- Accommodation and full board
- All educational workshops and materials
- Travel cost reimbursement (based on the Erasmus+ distance calculator)
