Each country brings 6 young people (18 – 30) plus 1 team leader.
Why we’re gathering
AI is moving fast—let’s make sure youth projects keep up. After one week together you’ll be able to:
- Speak “AI” fluently: basics, ethics, bias & data privacy.
- Plan like pros: use ChatGPT, Notion-AI & Trello-Hub to build timelines, budgets and risk logs that actually work.
- Include everyone: live captions, instant translation and clear-language tools.
- Stay green: carbon-footprint calculators and paper-free workflows.
- Amplify voices: chatbots and survey bots that let young people steer local policy.
(This supports EU Youth Goals #6 “Moving Rural Youth Forward” and #10 “Sustainable Green Europe”.)

What we need from partner organisations
- Choose your 6 participants + 1 leader by 22 July 2025.
- Walk them through our online prep (MIRO board & Discord).
- Pick climate-friendlier travel if possible (train/bus via Tbilisi).
- Deliver one 30-minute session on a local AI use-case.
- Support daily reflection & Youthpass updates.
- Run at least one dissemination activity (school workshop, podcast, policy brief—your call).
- Send photos/clips for our wrap-up video & e-handbook.
Logistics at a glance
- Travel & insurance: covered by Erasmus+ (visa help available).
- Stay: Capital Hotel – twin/triple rooms, A/C, Wi-Fi, balconies, full board (veg-friendly) + outdoor pool.
- Workspace: seminar room on-site + rooftop terrace for sunset debriefs.
- Language: English (AI live-translation on tap).
- Take-home kit: templates, checklists & an AI-tool list to rerun the training back home.
