Code, Connect, Conserve: AI Skills for Youth
An eight-day international youth exchange held in Yerevan, Armenia. It brought together young people from Poland, Armenia and Georgia to use AI as a practical tool for designing and managing youth projects and for running social campaigns with a focus on sustainability and inclusion.

Dates

Location
Yerevan, Armenia
Countries
Poland · Armenia · Georgia
About the project
During the exchange, participants attended workshops on AI ethics (bias, data privacy, responsible use) and learned how to apply AI tools in project writing and management — from structuring ideas and creating timelines to planning budgets and organising tasks. The group also explored how AI can support the design and delivery of effective social campaigns aimed at engaging local communities and promoting pro-environmental actions.
Throughout the week they tested different AI-powered programs and platforms — including ChatGPT, Bitrix24, Abakus, and Google Gemini — gaining hands-on experience for drafting content, managing projects and enhancing teamwork. In international teams, they developed practical project concepts and campaign ideas to implement in their own communities after the exchange.
The programme combined skill-building sessions with intercultural activities (national evenings, group reflections, shared experiences) to encourage cross-cultural understanding and cooperation.
